01Who We Are

INTERNETNCABLE ("INTERNETNCABLE," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website internetncable.online (the "Site"). We are an independent service that helps customers in the United States compare cable internet, business internet and residential internet options, get internet quotes, and understand their internet bills (together, the "Services").

We are not an internet service provider and are not affiliated with any provider unless stated otherwise. When you choose a plan, the provider's own privacy policy and terms also apply to the service it delivers to you.

By using the Site or calling us, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or the Services.

02Information We Collect

Information you give us

Our Site does not use sign-up or contact forms. Most information reaches us when you call (888) 676-0474 or email info@internetncable.online. Depending on your request, this may include:

• Your name, phone number and email address
• Your service address or ZIP code, used to check availability
• Details about your household or business internet use, such as number of users and devices
• Information about your current provider, plan and bill, if you ask for a billing review
• Business name and number of locations, for business internet enquiries
• Any other details you choose to share during a call or email

When you visit the Site, our hosting and analytics tools may automatically collect:

• Pages viewed, time spent on pages and links clicked, including call buttons
• Referring website, search terms or advertising campaign that brought you to the Site

04Phone Calls & Communications

Calls to INTERNETNCABLE may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training and record-keeping. Where the law requires it, we will tell you at the start of the call that it may be recorded.

If you give us your phone number and ask us to contact you, we may call or text you about your request. We will not send marketing calls or texts using an automated system without your prior express written consent, as required by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). Consent is never a condition of getting a quote.

You can opt out at any time by telling our representative, replying STOP to a text message, or emailing info@internetncable.online. We honour applicable Do Not Call requests.

05How We Share Information

We share personal information only as described below:

• Service providers you choose: if you ask us to help you sign up for or change a plan, we share the details needed to complete that request with the relevant provider.
• Vendors who work for us: such as hosting, call handling, analytics and email providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
• Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of INTERNETNCABLE, our users or others.
• Business transfers: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
• With your consent: in any other situation where you have agreed.

We may share de-identified or aggregated information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

06Cookies & Tracking

The Site may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies to keep the Site working, understand how visitors use it, and measure advertising, including tracking clicks on our call buttons.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you from calling us, although some Site features may not work as intended. You can also limit interest-based advertising through your device settings or industry opt-out tools.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for these signals, the Site does not currently respond to them. Where required by law, we treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser.

We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the Services, keep proper business records, resolve disputes and meet legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

10California Residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the "CCPA"), gives you the rights listed above. In the past 12 months we may have collected identifiers (such as name, phone, email and IP address), commercial information (such as current plan and billing details you share), internet activity, and approximate geolocation, for the purposes described in this policy.

We do not sell personal information and do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right to limit under the CCPA. California residents may also request information about disclosures for direct marketing under California Civil Code Section 1798.83.

11Children's Privacy

The Site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, in line with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
